Whoohoooooo!! I'm the hostess of 2 great challenges at Inspiration Lane!
I host the Quote challenge, and the Song Lyric challenge

I love great quotes, and I think a great quote can boost your LO's.
So I was screaming to host this challenge.
For August the Quote is:
"To love and be loved, is to feel the sun from both sides"

I took the quote a bit litteral for my LO, but it turned out a cool one

When I offered to host the Quote challenge, I was actually hoping to get the Song Lyrics Challenge too,
Cause I'm a singer, and I love music and even better lyrics. If the lyrics don't get me, I'm not liking the arrangements very much...those 2 have to fit together.

I was planning to use "What hurts the most" by Rascal Flatts, but using a sad song seems no fun in a challenge, so I choose a different song from this great band.

The Song "Like I am" is soooooo beautiful, and I listen to it often.
And here's my interpretation of the lyrics.

Well only 48 hours to go before IL will be

This is the story behind it

"The layout I created is of my husband, father-in-law, and brother-in-law. It was taken just about 4 years ago when my father-in-law was battling stage 4 cancer. His boys shaved their heads in his honor. He treasured this photo and carried it with him in and out of the hospital, rehab, and finally hospice as the days in his life sharply dwindled. Almost exactly 3 months after the photo was taken he died. A week after that I gave birth to his first grandchild, my oldest son, Noah. The layout I created is of my husband, father-in-law, and brother-in-law. It was taken just about 4 years ago when my father-in-law was battling stage 4 cancer. I'm proud!! Double Proud!!

I'm still in whaaaaaaaaaaaaaa mode lol
A couple of days ago I send a message to Inspiration Lane and
asked if they had any open spots.
I loved the activity around there, and did you know what great designers sell there?
I've kept in mind that they would prolly not accept me, cause who am I?

But yesterday I get a mail from Jenn that they would love to have me...
ME!! They picked ME to be part of the IL family whaaaaaaaaaaa!!

I'm so proud of myself lol

The community is great, the people warm and hilarious
and I feel pretty at home already. They have great challenges too,
so check out their forum
My work will debut saturday, and also my new kit will be launched.
